Compassionate telehealth therapy for individuals seeking clarity and emotional balance.

Support that meets you where you are.

Your Path Toward Healing, Stability, and Emotional Rest Begins Here

Telehealth therapy serving individuals and families across select states

A Rae of Hope Wellness offers therapy rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and practical support. Sessions focus on helping clients slow their thoughts, strengthen emotional regulation, and rebuild trust in themselves and their relationships.

Care is thoughtful and collaborative. Therapy may include skill building, trauma-informed approaches, mindfulness practices, and space to process life experiences that feel heavy or unresolved. The goal is not perfection, but steadiness, clarity, and a sense of peace that carries beyond the therapy hour.

Clients can expect a supportive environment where they are heard fully and met without judgment.

Meet Tahja-Rae

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth therapy through A Rae of Hope Wellness. My work centers on supporting individuals who feel emotionally worn down, disconnected from themselves, or overwhelmed by the weight of daily life.

I approach therapy with warmth, structure, and intention. Sessions are guided by evidence-based practices while remaining flexible to each client’s needs. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to speak honestly and supported enough to grow at their own pace.

My role is not to fix you, but to walk alongside you as you regain balance, confidence, and emotional steadiness.
